FixNLog is an application that allows you to document, organize, and track your disassembly and repair processes using text notes and images. While we strive to provide a quality service, we make no guarantees about the App's availability or functionality.
To use features of the App, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
We store and process images you upload to document your disassembly processes. These images are used to help you track and reference your repair work. While we strive for secure and reliable storage, we do not guarantee that all images will be preserved indefinitely. Users should always maintain backups of important documentation. All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by FixNLog and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-party resources, including images and libraries used within the App, are owned by their respective owners and are listed in the "Resources" section in the App.
You agree not to use the App:
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
We provide the App "as is" and "as available," which means we don't make any promises about how it will work for you. FixNLog doesn't offer any guarantees—like that the App will always work perfectly, fit your specific needs, or be free of bugs. Use it at your own discretion.
FixNLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
FixNLog may offer both free and paid subscription plans. While some features are currently available for free, we reserve the right to introduce premium subscription plans or one-time purchases for additional features in the future.
Free accounts may have limitations on storage capacity, number of projects, or access to certain features.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
